FILM SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

MiniVue is currently accepting independent films, short films, documentaries, series, and other original video projects for possible streaming on GrindWorksGO.

Our goal is to discover talented filmmakers and creators while expanding the GrindWorksGO content library with quality, original, and engaging programming.

Submission Requirements

Please submit the following materials:

- A completed film or video project.

- A downloadable link to the film file.

- Film title.

- Film genre.

- Film runtime.

- Release year.

- Short synopsis.

- Full synopsis, if available.

- Director’s name and biography.

- Filmmaker or production

-Company information.

- Cast and crew credits.

- Film poster or cover artwork.

- Promotional still images.

- Trailer or preview link, if available.

- Closed captions or subtitle file, if available.

- Submitter’s name, email address, and contact information.

Film File Delivery



Please provide a downloadable link to your completed film using Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Frame.io, or another reliable file-sharing service.

Vimeo or YouTube links may be included for preview purposes; however, a downloadable film file is preferred for official review and technical preparation.

Please make sure:

- The download link is active.

- The file can be accessed without requesting additional permission.

- The file will remain available during the review process.

- The download link does not expire before the review is completed.

- The file is the final version of the film.

- The file is not heavily compressed or watermarked unless necessary.

Preferred File Specifications

MP4 files using H.264 video and AAC audio are preferred.

Whenever possible, films should meet the following specifications:

- Resolution: 1920 × 1080 or higher.

- Video format: MP4.

- Video codec: H.264.

- Audio format: AAC stereo.

- Audio sample rate: 48 kHz preferred.

- Frame rate: Constant frame rate preferred.

- Quality: High-quality export suitable for streaming.

- Captions: SRT, WebVTT, or embedded captions preferred.

Professional master files, including ProRes or DNxHR, may also be accepted when available.

Please name your file using the following format:

`FilmTitle_DirectorName_Year`

Example:

`TheLastJourney_JohnSmith_2026.mp4`

Rights and Permissions

By submitting a film, you confirm that you own or control the necessary rights to submit the project for consideration.

You must have permission to use and distribute all elements included in the film, including:



- Music.

- Film footage.

- Images.

- Performances.
- Interviews.

- Logos.
- Brand references.

- Third-party content.

- Written material.

- Archival footage.

MiniVue and GrindWorksGO may request additional documentation, releases, licenses, or rights information before a film can be approved for streaming.

Review and Selection



All submissions are subject to review. Submitting a film does not guarantee acceptance, publication, payment, distribution, or placement on GrindWorksGO.



Films may be reviewed based on:



- Overall quality.

- Originality.
- Storytelling.

- Production value.

- Audience appeal.

- Technical quality.

- Availability of streaming and distribution rights.

- Compatibility with the GrindWorksGO platform.

- Programming needs and content categories.



MiniVue and GrindWorksGO reserve the right to accept, decline, or request additional information about any submission.



Accepted Films



If your film is selected, you may be asked to provide:



- A final high-quality master file.

- Updated artwork.

- Trailer and promotional materials.

- Closed captions or subtitle files.

- Complete metadata.
- Cast and crew information.

- Additional rights documentation.

- A signed filmmaker, licensing, or distribution agreement.



The final agreement will explain the approved distribution rights, licensing period, territory, promotional permissions, revenue-share terms, advertising permissions, and any other applicable conditions.



A film will not be published on GrindWorksGO until all required materials and agreements have been completed.



Submission Confirmation



Please understand that MiniVue and GrindWorksGO may use approved film titles, descriptions, trailers, still images, filmmaker names, and related promotional materials to promote the film, MiniVue, and GrindWorksGO across websites, streaming platforms, social media, advertisements, and other marketing channels.



By submitting your film, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to submit the project for consideration.

1. You Own the Rights (Copyright)

You promise that you are the creator of this film and that you own 100% of the rights to everything inside it. This includes the video footage, the script, the acting, and the music. If you used copyrighted music or stock video, you must have a legal license to use it. You agree that GrindworkGO and MiniVue are not responsible if someone else claims you stole their work.



2. Giving Us Permission to Watch and Share (The License)

You keep full ownership of your movie. However, by submitting, you grant GrindworkGO and MiniVue a free, worldwide license to review your film. If your film is selected, you give us permission to stream and display your short film on the MiniVue channel and across the GrindworkGO network platforms, website, and official social media accounts.



3. Promotional Use

You give GrindworkGO and MiniVue permission to use clips from your film, your movie poster, your film's title, and the names/images of your cast and crew to promote the MiniVue channel. We will use these strictly for trailers, social media posts, and marketing materials to help get more eyes on your work.



4. Content Guidelines

You promise that your short film does not contain anything illegal, severely offensive, or defamatory (hateful untruths about real people). GrindworkGO reserves the right to reject any film for any reason at our sole discretion.



5. Right to Remove

You understand that submission does not guarantee your film will be placed on MiniVue. Furthermore, GrindworkGO holds the right to remove any film from the MiniVue channel at any time, for any reason, without notice.
